I’m not a big leftover person. Once I’ve cooked it, eaten it and cleaned it up I’ve spent about all of the time I care to with any one meal. But when it’s crab imperial I will gladly make an exception! No matter what the picture below looks like it really was tasty! I think it’s one of those dishes that actually tastes better the next day after all of the flavors have melded together.
Paired with an ear of sweet corn it was the perfect, easy meal.
